Easily Test and Improve Your Health
For less than ten bucks you can test the direction your health is heading. Testing your PH is very simple. Go to bekachandler.com click on the Arise and Shine picture and you can purchase paper and other great alkalizing and cleansing products there. You can also go to a health supplement store and ask for some ph testing paper. The most reliable ph test is the first urine of the day. For a true reading the urine needs to sit in the the bladder for hours. Put your testing paper in the bathroom within easy view and reach. Quickly wet the paper with the first urine of the day. You can also test your saliva. Clean your mouth with your tongue to get your saliva going. Quickly touch the paper to your saliva. I keep ph paper in my purse. Teaching someone to test there ph is one of the greatest gifts you can ever give a person. If you are not getting deep green or a green with a blue tint you need to eat more fruit and veggies. Fruit has a lot of sugar, so I eat 60% to 80% of my organic produce as vegetables. Yay for you! You just took control of your health . Love yourself and the world will love you right back!

The Morning After (poor food choices)
All is not lost! Don't loose hope! Europeans are into feasting and they look pretty healthy on average. Stay focused, think of alkalizing food and drink. Where is the closest organic veggie juice you can get your hands on. Not accessible? Ok go write juicer on your forehead or grocery list. Remember, it MUST be easy to clean!
No juicer yet? OK, go brush your teeth first(lemons make the enamel on your teeth soft for 30 mins unless you really rinse em). Do some squats while brushing to strengther legs and retrain your motor control of proper movement throughout your day. This will reconnect you to your inner sasquatch. Remember always stick your but out like a weight lifter to save your low back. Your new morning mantra "brush and squat, brush and squat". Remember to breath or make loud animal sounds for more oxygen and a funner day for you. Now you are ready for half a lemon in 10ish ounces of water with a dash of cayeanne. No you should not put sugar or syrup in it(toughen up people this is real life).
This health blog is also dedicated to glamor! I heard a designer on TV say once,"you can go into battle and if you look your best bullets can't touch you. This magic lemon mixture will help to clean out the pipes. If you are not a baby add kelp. Drink immediately or it will look like lakewater. If you exfoliate your skin with a scrub or wash cloth and drink the spicey lemon mixture, all day long people will say how shimmery and glowey your skin is. Remind me to tell you my favorite ginger tea story sometime. Have fun Beka!
